Sparks Case Filed

Berke-Weiss & Pechman filed a class action lawsuit on behalf of waiters at Sparks Steakhouse for unlawful tip appropriations.  The case was reported in the New York Times, the New York Daily News, and the New York Post on June 15, 2006.
